Craig Rood and myself had been playing around with the idea of working together and starting something for some time now. Around Christmas we decided to sit down and talk out a few ideas we had. It was pretty evident that we had quite a big overlap in the way we work and both shared a tiredness for that super shiny slick ‘web 2.0’ look. That’s when Co Snap was born; Co Snap is our way of improving the Internet, one project at a time. Up until now its been a little bit on the back-burner but we hope to roll our site out over the next week or so, nonetheless we are already open for work and looking for new projects to get stuck into.

Steve Duncan, madman/urban historian, offers an uninvited tour of City Hall station, the original sewer under Canal St, and the tower on the Williamsburg Bridge. For the first, there is some track-jumping and train-ducking through which it would be hard for anyone who’s ever waited for the subway not to cringe.
